NevenVision retained PenVine to develop and oversee global PR & marketing. After devising a PR strategy to achieve a desirable 12–18-month exit, PenVine conducted an extensive stakeholder and influencer perception audit which helped define personas and inform new messaging and positioning for the company. After positioning the company as a mobile image and facial recognition solution for enterprise marketing executives and security professionals, PenVine developed an aggressive media relations strategy which ultimately achieved the company’s objective, several months early.

Within just six months, PenVine secured pivotal profile coverage in the LA Business Journal and two primetime NBC Today in LA TV segments which highlighted two different use cases of NevenVision technology. Each story ran more than three minutes and focused solely on NevenVision. This coverage secured the interest of multiple buyers, with Google ultimately acquiring NevenVision.
